Nose: An overripe peach meets grapefruit, a little dirt and a nice saltiness. The alcohol tickles the nose slightly. He's already bringing a lot of wood. It already smells dry. A decent malt note, sugar syrup, caramel, a touch of herbs with a nice earthiness, again salt and a subtle nut note.
Taste: Very smooth and oily. On the palate it looks much older than the 11 years. It becomes very sweet with an interplay of umami, salt, acid, oak and chocolate. The sweetness / acidity reminds a bit of sour gummy bears.
Finish: The aromas continue in the medium-long finish. The mixture of sweet, sour and salty is also really fun here. With the second sip it also gets significantly drier, with plenty of oak and chocolate.
