Vintage Patek Philippe Calatrave Ref. 2432J “Scarab” Bracelet Watch from the 1950s
This is a rare Calatrava notable in the big over-hanging fancy lugs that gives this bracelet watch quite a presence on your wrist. The dial is classic Calatrava-style with applied gold Arabic numerals and baton for markers. Time is denoted by gold needle hands with small seconds at six o’clock. An even patina has formed on the silvered dial, further emanating the vintage qualities of this piece. The fine, black line dividing the dial into two chapters adds a little sophistication and organization to the dial design. This piece is powered by the manual-winding Calibre 10-200 in a 32mm 18kt yellow gold case.
