2 Grain Hiire Yamadanishiki

Graded by Ohmine Shuzo as a Junmai Ginjo although it qualifies as a Junmai Daiginjo with 35% polishing ratio. This refined sake has a soft sweetness filled with fruity white peach. It brings out clean and fruity fragrant, best paired with Sushi and French  food. 

Best served chilled in a wine glass.
