Limited commemorative vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava dress watch from 1989
This extremely fine Calatrava Reference 3718 presents a porcelain dial with applied faceted baton markers, steel pencil hands and subsidiary seconds above six. Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve. The clean Bauhaus-concept dial is rounded up by a stepped bezel with slightly recessed crown that is marked with the Calatrava cross. A manual-winding Calibre 215PS sets this piece in motion, cradled in a 33mm stainless steel case with snapped-back case and small triangular lugs. The caseback is decorated with a unique gold medallion engraved with “Patek Philippe 1839 – 1989” around the Calatrava symbol.
