Old Zhejiang Rectangular Tea Table

A charming side table with from Zhejiang province, China, approx. 80-100 years old. Made of Elm & Pine woods, the table has a simple “cloud” design carving on all 4 sides and a shelf in the middle.

The original patina and colour are beautiful, and they have been maintained and give an overall semi-matte clear lacquer. Such tea tables are usually square, so the shape of this one is a little more unusual.
