Vintage Rolex Ref.1680 Submariner 5.2Mil Series from 1977.
This Submariner from the 1977 5.2mil series, presents a matt-black dial with large tritium round & rectangular markers, mercedes hands with lume and date aperture at three. This simple sports presentation is rounded-up with a rotating bezel which helps to calculate depth of the watch bearer. A mild patina have formed around the dial due to the Tritium content; something vintage collectors do not mind at all. The Calibre 1570 self-winding, rhodium-finished Chronometer movement is nestled in a 40mm steel case and air-tight, screw-down caseback.
