Rachmanin Evgeny Ivanovich was born on July 17, 1947.
In 1965-1970. studied at the art and graphic faculty of the Odessa State Pedagogical Institute. K.D. Ushinsky (Geghamyan V.A.)
In 1972-1977. artist of the design workshop, then the workshop of monumental and decorative art of the Odessa art and production plant of the KhF Ukrainian SSR.
1975-1979 participant of unofficial "apartment" exhibitions in Odessa and Moscow.
Since 1993, a member of the National Union of Artists.
In 1993, the first personal exhibition was held at the Odessa Art Museum, at which 32 works were exhibited. A total of 8 personal exhibitions were organized and held.
Participant of regional, all-Ukrainian, international and foreign exhibitions.
In 1991 he was awarded the Diploma of the International Biennale "Impreza".
Yevgeny Rachmanin's works are in the Odessa and Sumy Art Museums, the Museum of Modern Ukrainian Art (Kiev, Khmelnitsky). Odessa Museum of Modern Art, Odessa Literary Museum, Pompidou Center (Paris, France), Guggenheim Museum (New York, USA), in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
