Vintage cherry bark Chazutsu and Chataku set

$600 SGD

Vintage handcrafted Kabazaibu tea caddie, tea coasters, and spoon from northern Japan. Cherry Bark craftwork is a unique and delicate Japanese art that originated in the Akita prefecture during the Edo period (1603 – 1868). “Kaba-zaiku is a truly Japanese form of art, carved out of its national tree, the cherry blossom”.

This caddy will efficiently preserve your most treasured teas thanks to its double lid. All the pieces of this box are made of cherry wood.
