Denis SALOMON Terre Amoureuse Blanc de Noirs 2017

This cuvée combines Pinot Noir (75%) and Meunier. It is low dosage for a brut, vinified without malolactic fermentation. This sustained gold champagne shows an energy that balances its breadth and richness. Its fruity palate blends lemon and candied citrus zest with sweet notes of ripe yellow fruit, jammy cherry or kirsch, underlined by a tangy finish.
