This is a very traditional Chablis made from old vines, fermented and matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the fresh steely flavours. It has fresh, floral aromas with notes of citrus and green apples. Well balanced, with a silky mouthfeel and a fresh acidity and a long and lingering finish.
