Alexis Munoz
Producer of olive oil, ALEXIS MUNOZ became in 2010 a qualified taster for the International Olive Council. In his mill and ones of his partners, ALEXIS defined the DNA of his future oliPerfect balance between one olive variety and one fruit maturations.
He visited and studied over 300 olive oil mills, extending his knowledge with the olive farmers. He became a unique overview of every step of the oil making process from the « terroir » to the different types of extraction.
