Junmai Daiginjo Shoka
Founded 1752 in Nihonmatsu, Daishichi has always only brewed sake in the most orthodox and traditional method, Kimoto. Famous for their rich and complex sakes, Daishichi is royalty in the sake world. They invented the super-flat rice polishing method, which reduces polish by around 15% compared to traditional rice polishing. Shoka is a rich-tasting kimoto junmai daiginjo made with the shizuku drip press.
The refined and graceful aroma and seductive umami of Shoka harmonize at a higher level with the extra-sophisticated, invigoratingly powerful mouth-feel and the enchanting, satisfying aftertaste.
